Jehad Abusalim is a consultant specializing in Middle Eastern history, politics, and society. With over a decade of experience across the nonprofit, academic, and policy sectors in the US and the Middle East, he excels in strategy development, context-based diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), organizational capacity building, and project design for mission-focused initiatives. Jehad partners with global organizations, both public and private, to foster diverse and inclusive environments. His work spans Palestine, Switzerland, and major US cities.

Leveraging his background in academia, policy, research, and consulting, Jehad helps organizations optimise capacities and navigate cultural contexts to achieve success. He holds a BA in Business and Administration from Al-Azhar University and is completing his Ph.D. at New York University. Most recently, Jehad served as Education and Policy Coordinator at the American Friends Service Committee.
